All attendees must behave professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated. Violators may be removed without refund or notice.
The event schedule is subject to change. Organizers reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the event due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of changes, all registered participants will be notified in advance via email or official channels.
Any content, photos, videos, or materials shared by the organizers are owned by the Nation Corporate Event team and may not be reused or distributed without permission. Participants agree that event media may include their likeness.
Organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event. Attendees are responsible for their belongings and safety.
Participant information collected during registration will be kept confidential and used only for event-related communications unless otherwise agreed upon.
